- 1964
Henry Luce inherited his father's candy shop and founded Henry's Food Factory.
- 2008
Dr. Simon from New York University acquired Henry's Food Factory, carried out a comprehensive reform, established a professional R&D team focused on functional foods, and developed a variety of functional candies.
- 2012
Successfully developed patented GABA purification technology. The sleep-health-focused GABA gummies were launched, making GNITE the first brand to apply GABA in the food industry.
- 2014
Obtained GMP certification for its large-scale sterile factory in the U.S., which now produces food, dietary supplements and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, and has become the largest food factory in Colorado.
- 2019
The GNITE brand officially entered the Chinese market, ushering in a new era of sleep-led, comprehensive human health care.
